Practice Manager

Lou began her career in dentistry 20 years ago, having previously worked in retail
before taking a new direction in her professional journey. Within the dental sector,
she has progressed through a variety of roles, starting as a Practice Manager and
advancing to Area Manager and Head of Region. More recently, Lou has worked as
a freelance consultant supporting an independent practice.
After careful consideration, Lou has chosen to return to the role of Practice Manager,
as it offers a better work–life balance with significantly less travel, allowing her to
focus on both her career and personal life.
Outside of work, Lou values time with family and friends above all else. She is mum
to Charlotte, her 13-year-old French Bulldog, whom she dotes on. In her spare time,
Lou enjoys socialising, spending quality time with loved ones, and, of course,
shopping a lot of shopping.
